Ventura River Preserve
In 2011, we had more Herb Walks on the OVLC’s Ventura River Preserve than anywhere else around Ventura County. The easy access and diversity of habitats makes it ideal for field study. Kudos to the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy
for all the work they do to purchase and preserve these wild places.
Old Baldwin Road Trail (ADA-Accessible)
In 2011, we inaugurated the OVLC’S new ADA-accessible Old Baldwin Road Trailhead on the Ventura River Preserve with our first Herb Walk ‘n’ Roll and returned there in 2012.
