Stinging Nettles on the News
Synchronicity strikes again! Yesterday, on the Herb Walk on Potrero John Creek, I demonstrated how to eat raw Giant Stinging Nettles (Urtica holosericea), as shown to me by one of my teachers, the late Juanita Centeno.
